Teenage Violence
There’s been another school shooting. A male teenager chased two teenage girls around their school, then shot them, one through the chest and one through the leg. The suspect then tried to set a gasoline bomb on fire, but was tackled by other students. Should we chalk this up as yet the latest example of America’s obsession with guns and violence?
Nope. Because it happened in the gun-free utopia of Australia, and the girls were shot with a crossbow.
We need crossbow control! Someone call Sarah Brady! We need laws in place to prevent this sort of crossbow violence reaching American shores! Get Michael Moore on the next plane to Sydney!
Teenage violence and murder. It’s a distinctly American phenomenon, except for all the times it happens everywhere else in the world.
Tip o’ the hat to The Angry Clam for the link.
